Where can I find the weight of an item in lbs?
The weight of an item is usually listed in the product specifications on the item’s web page. If two or more weights are displayed, for example item weight and shipping weight, use the heavier of the two. If the weight is not available, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp and we’ll try to assist.
What’s your delivery time once an order is placed?
Delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after confirmation and deposit. Free delivery is available nationwide on qualifying orders.
What’s the process to place an order?
For your convenience, we handle the entire ordering process for you. This allows us to pass on the savings we enjoy to you, our valued customers. All we require is a deposit to get started.
What are the steps to place an order?
1. Send us the website link(s) for the item(s) you’re interested in via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. Where available, please select size, colour, and options before sending.
2. We send a final quote with final cost to you and delivery time.
3. Once the quote is accepted and you would like to proceed with the order, we will send you an invoice with our payment information.
4. You then make the deposit and we place the order with our supplier.
5. Once the item(s) clear Customs, we deliver your item to you.
Can I order from other suppliers not listed on your page?
Yes. Please follow the same steps in the order process and send us the supplier link(s) for the items you would like us to source.
What are your terms of purchase?
The final cost in TTD includes item cost, shipping cost, and applicable taxes where necessary. No additional or surprise fees are required upon delivery. Delivery is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after confirmation and deposit, and a 50% deposit is required to process the order, with the balance due upon delivery.
What payment options are available?
We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Direct Deposit, Company Cheque, Debit Card (Linx), Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Online Credit/Debit Card Payment (PayPal & WiPay), and Paywise Payment Service Provider.

Our location is No. 1, Centenary Street, 1st Booth - Ground Floor, Tunapuna.
On reaching the Tunapuna Magistrate’s Court and Royal Castle Tunapuna on the E.M.R., head south. We’re conveniently located just before the Priority Bus Route in an orange building directly opposite the Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation, far right booth on the ground floor.
Do you provide assembly services?
Yes, assembly of furniture items can be provided for an additional fee. Fees are subject to the type of furniture item, so please inquire with our Sales Department for further information.
