The weight of an item is usually listed in the product specifications on the item’s web page. If two or more weights are displayed, for example item weight and shipping weight, use the heavier of the two. If the weight is not available, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp and we’ll try to assist.
Delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after confirmation and deposit. Free delivery is available nationwide on qualifying orders.
For your convenience, we handle the entire ordering process for you. This allows us to pass on the savings we enjoy to you, our valued customers. All we require is a deposit to get started.

2. We send a final quote with final cost to you and delivery time.
3. Once the quote is accepted and you would like to proceed with the order, we will send you an invoice with our payment information.
4. You then make the deposit and we place the order with our supplier.
5. Once the item(s) clear Customs, we deliver your item to you.

The final cost in TTD includes item cost, shipping cost, and applicable taxes where necessary. No additional or surprise fees are required upon delivery. Delivery is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after confirmation and deposit, and a 50% deposit is required to process the order, with the balance due upon delivery.

Yes, assembly of furniture items can be provided for an additional fee. Fees are subject to the type of furniture item, so please inquire with our Sales Department for further information.
